Cruise Information

This year, more than a dozen new cruise ships will
head out to sea.

CUNARD CRUISE LINE:
The most celebrated cruise ship in recent history, the
Queen Mary 2 made a splashing debut on January
12. The largest cruise ship ever built, she's also the
longest and at a price tag of $780 million, the most
expensive.

CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE:
Carnival Miracle,  will debut February 27 in
Jacksonville, Florida. The Miracle is from the popular
Spirit class.

Carnival Valor, the third ship in Carnival's 110,000
ton Conquest line of  "Superliners" will debut in
December.

PRINCESS CRUISE LINE:
Caribbean Princess, the line's largest ship at
116,000 tons will make its debut April 3rd out of Fort
Lauderdale.

The 2,670-passenger, 113,000-ton
Sapphire
Princess
will join its sister ship, Diamond Princess
on Alaska itineraries beginning June 13.

HOLLAND AMERICA CRUISE LINE:
Holland's Westerdam, the third in the line's
Vista-class ship will debut April 25th in Europe.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN
Royal Caribbean's 2,100-passenger Jewel of the
Seas
will debut April 28 in London. Fourth in the
line's Radiance Class, the ship will offer the highest
percentage of balcony cabins in the line's fleet.

MSC ITALIAN CRUISES
Opera, a 60,000-ton sister to the Lirica, which
debuted last year, will enter service in the spring of
2004.

COSTA CRUISE LINE
Costa Magica, a 105,000-ton, 2,720-passenger ship,
will become the largest passenger ship in Italian
history when it makes its debut in the fall of 2004.
The ship will sail from Genoa.

NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE
Due to storm damage at the German shipyard where
it was being built, the
Pride of America's debut in
Hawaii has been delayed.

OCEANIA CRUISES
Oceania's second ship, the 30,200-ton Insignia will
debut in 2004.
